For all orders made by the on-line order form
it will be sent an e-mail, the same day of the shipment,
containing the confirmation and informations regarding the
shipment.
If the product is not
available you will be contacted by e-mail or by phone to
let you know the date of shipping. Every shipping is subject to a payment
of a contribution fee by the customer depending on the
weight of the purchased products and to the type of payment
choosen that you can clearly see when
you decide to confirm the shopping cart content and proceed to
checkout.
Shipping by Post
The
type of shipment depends on size and weight. If for instance the
envelope by registered post is more than 4 cm thick and no
matter if it is a light envelope, we need to send a parcel. By
sending a parcel forwarding charges will be higher. We do not
take any responsibility about these shipping costs. We want to
make clear to all of you that those rules have not been decided
by RF System.
